Definition of Bones

B - is for bone mineral density
O - is for osteoporosis which is preventable and treatable
N - is for nutrition, good calcium and vitamin D intake
E - is for exercise which is important for everyone
S - is for start medical therapy for osteoporosis when needed !!!
