As someone has truely said, "Healthy heart in a healthy body"... It is very essential for us to keep our heart in healthy conditions and away from problems. In order to do that, we must for the following tips for healthy heart-
  • 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables should be included to meet the antioxidant requirement.
  • Fish is beneficial since it contains omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Foods giving empty calories like alcohol sago carbonated beverages should be avoided.
  • Foods high in holesteral and saturated fats such as edd york, meat pork should be avoided.
  • Foods like soyabean, garlic fenugreek, onion turmeric should be included.

Food for better Eye Sight

Eyes provides the visual sense to every human being. It is a gracious gift of God and we must take good care of it. So, here are some of the tips about food better for our EYE SIGHT-
  • Vitamin-A is needed for proper functioning of eyes.
  • It prevents eye disorders like night blindness, conjunctival xerosis, bitot's spots, corneal xerosis, keratomalacia.
  • It promote good eye sights.
  • Important food sources of Vitamin-A could be dark gren leafy vegetable, yellow orange colour fruits and some non-vegetable foods.

Examples:-

~ Amarants, spinach, coriander leaves, drumstick leaves, mint, radish leaves, pumkin, tomato.

~ Papaya, mango, apricot, orange.

~ Milk and milk products- butter, cow's ghee, skimmed milk powder.

Washington politicians apparently are considering taxing "Cadillac coverage" health benefits to raise money to cover the uninsured ("Job health benefits could be taxed," May 8) because, "There aren't that many pots of gold to pay for health reform," according to one health policy expert cited. According to others, "the current system encourages overly generous coverage, which they say helps drive up the cost of medical care by keeping patients insulated from true costs."
